Booking & Cancellation Terms of Villa Flor

1. Booking and Confirmation

After your inquiry, we will send you a written reservation confirmation by email. The reservation becomes binding as soon as a valid credit card is provided via our secure link.
The credit card is used exclusively as a booking guarantee. It will only be charged according to the cancellation terms listed below or in the case of a no-show, unless payment is made on-site by another method.

2. Prices and Services

The stated prices are per room and night, including breakfast and statutory charges, unless otherwise noted

3. Payment

Payment is generally made on-site. For certain stays, events, or high-demand periods, we reserve the right to request a deposit. If applicable, this will be communicated separately in the reservation confirmation.

4. Check-in / Check-out

Rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Deviations are possible upon request.

5. Cancellation Policy

If your trip cannot take place as planned, the following cancellation terms apply:
• Up to 15 days prior: free of charge
• 14–7 days prior: 50% of the agreed total price
• From 6 days prior: 100% of the agreed total price, unless the room can be resold
• In case of no-show or early departure: the full room price will be charged.

6. Programs, Activities & Supporting Offers

We are happy to assist you in arranging activities and experiences in the Engadin. For services provided by external partners (e.g., mountain guides, cultural tours, wellness, concert or restaurant bookings), we assume no liability; the terms and conditions of the respective providers apply.

7. Dogs

Dogs are warmly welcome at Villa Flor. An additional fee will be charged to cover the extra cleaning required.

8. Liability

We assume no liability for valuables. Please use the storage facilities in the room or speak to us directly.

9. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is S-chanf.
